MCP Server

Connect AI coding assistants to RyxelData's financial datasets via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, your AI can query insider transactions, institutional holdings, proposed sales, and more — directly from the chat interface.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, make sure you have:

  1. A RyxelData account and API key — contact us and we'll set you up with an account, an API key, and access to the datasets you need. The MCP server respects the dataset subscriptions on your account.

Connect your AI assistant

  1. Open Claude.ai and go to Settings → Connectors
  2. Click Add a custom connector and enter the MCP URL:

  1. Save — RyxelData will appear in your connectors list
  2. Click Connect to trigger the OAuth flow and authenticate with your API key
  3. Once authenticated, the Ryxel tools will be available in your Claude conversations
