MCP Server

Connect AI coding assistants to Ryxel Data's financial datasets via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Once connected, your AI can query insider transactions, institutional holdings, proposed sales, and more — directly from the chat interface.

Prerequisites

Before connecting, make sure you have:

  1. A Ryxel Data API key — generate one from your Dashboard → API Keys
  2. An active subscription — the MCP server respects your dataset subscriptions; subscribe to the datasets you need from your Dashboard → Subscriptions

Connect your AI assistant

  1. Open Claude.ai and go to Settings → Connectors
  2. Click Add a custom connector and enter the MCP URL:

  1. Save — Ryxel Data will appear in your connectors list
  2. Click Connect to trigger the OAuth flow and authenticate with your API key
  3. Once authenticated, the Ryxel tools will be available in your Claude conversations
